Sip Swallow Speech, LLC is dedicated to helping adults regain and strengthen the skills that support meaningful communication and everyday function. With expertise spanning speech, language, cognitive-communication, feeding, swallowing, and myofunctional therapy, Gina brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every client relationship. She believes strong clinical care starts with understanding each person's unique goals and circumstances, and she is committed to working collaboratively to help clients achieve outcomes that genuinely improve their quality of life.

Evaluations
Individualized sessions focused on identifying your current symptoms, challenges, and goals. We’ll determine whether therapy is recommended and discuss the best path forward.

Therapy

Offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions for speech, feeding, and myofunctional therapy. Session length is based on your goals and individualized care plan.

Ongoing Support

We provide guidance, strategies, and support to help you confidently apply them in your daily life with occasional check-ins available for maintenance. 

Massage Therapy Session
Myofunctional Therapy

Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs) impact functions such as breathing, chewing, swallowing, speech, and sleep. We address orofacial development and health to support strength, stability, and mobility for optimal function.

 

Therapy may benefit those experiencing:

  • Mouth breathing or snoring

  • Sleep-disordered breathing (e.g. sleep apnea, UARS)

  • Jaw tension or clenching (e.g. TMD/TMJ)

  • Low tongue posture or messy eating

  • Lisp or articulation difficulties

  • Recurrent orthodontic concerns

  • Adult prolonged oral habits (e.g. nail biting)

  • Support before/after tongue and/or lip tie release(s)

We work to improve function and balance through individualized therapy focusing on a whole-body approach. Myofunctional Therapy is for ages 4+.

Voice Therapy 

Sip Swallow Speech, LLC has specialty training in evaluating and treating a variety of voice disorders. 

 

Therapy may benefit those experiencing:

  • Chronic cough

  • Muscle Tension Dysponia

  • Hoarseness

  • Silent Reflux (LPR) and Reflux (GERD) 

  • Shortness of breath or breathing difficulties 

  • Vocal Cord Dysfunction 

  • Parkinson's Disease, MS, or other disorders impacting voice & speech

Gina implements a variety of approaches including manual therapy, resonant voice, and is trained in both LSVT and Speak Out!

Swallowing Therapy (Dysphagia) 

Feeding & Swallowing support is available to evaluate 

 

Therapy may benefit those experiencing:

  • Chewing and/or swallowing difficulties 

  • Frequent coughing or throat clearing during meals

  • History or episodes of aspiration (food/liquid going down the wrong pipe)

  • Pain while swallowing

  • Tension or feeling as though food or pills are getting stuck while swallowing

Gina is trained in the Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile. We work with your physicians and other care team providers to ensure a comprehensive and individualized care plan to support your ability to safely and comfortably maintain adequate nutrition/hydration while bringing back enjoyment and efficiency to mealtime.

Therapy may benefit those experiencing:

  • Motor speech or other speaking challenges (e.g. dysarthria)

  • Language challenges following illness or injuries (e.g. aphasia)

  • Cognitive-Communication difficulties (e.g. TBI/brain injuries, post-concussion, early memory loss)

  • Mild Cognitive Impairment

  • Difficulties with attention, problem-solving, and executive functioning 

  • Interest in support for accent modification 

We work to address your current challenges and support you with a functional, evidenced-based, and personalized approach to therapy to help you reach your goals and improve your overall speech, language, and cognitive skills for an improved quality of life.
