Where do services take place?

Services are offered both in person in Brunswick, Maine and virtually via secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy.

How long are sessions?

Initial evaluations are 60 minutes

Follow-up sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute formats
Session length is based on individual needs and goals.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

Sip Swallow Speech, LLC is an out-of-network provider and all services are private pay, with the exception of MaineCare.

A Superbill is available upon request, which includes the information needed to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your provider in advance. All fees are due at the time of service.

Sip Swallow Speech is now accepting MaineCare referrals.

Does my child need an evaluation before beginning therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an evaluation is required before starting therapy. This allows us to identify your child’s specific needs and create an individualized plan of care.

What age groups do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with individuals across the lifespan, from infants and toddlers to adults. Services are tailored to the needs of each client and may include support with feeding, speech, language, myofunctional concerns, voice, AAC, and cognitive-communication.
